We also offer one to one and private group sessions where we can dive deep into the areas that you are most interested in. We can utilise our breathing in so many ways to help us achieve our goals and perform at our very best. Some of the programmes that individuals and groups have found highly beneficial are.

Sessions can be booked in blocks of 4 or 8 and can be delivered in person or digitally via zoom.
