Course A. Breathing for wellness and performance
Dates 1st & 2nd Wed of the month 7:30-8:30pm
Description Breathing is at the very centre of wellbeing and performance. However, many people lack the knowledge to utilise this true pillar of health. The Performance Breathworks Wellbeing and Performance course takes an experiential educational approach to allow individuals to feel how positively the breath can impact their health, wellbeing, and performance. The course will consist of 4 x 1 hour sessions per month (one per week) that will look to educate and equip individuals with a toolkit to promote better and stronger mental and physical health. Description Heart rate variability (HRV) is quickly becoming one of the most important metrics for improving wellness and performance. The reason for this is it gives us an insight into how stressed or resilient our nervous system. The Performance Breathworks heart rate variability training course will give you a practical understanding of how to measure and train your heart rate variability enabling you take your wellness and performance to the next level. The course will consist of 4 x 1 hour sessions per month (one per week) that will look to educate and equip individuals with a toolkit understand and utilise HRV for themselves and their clients.
